In May 2026, I toured the US and Canada, giving talks to both kids and adults. One of my favorite presentations was on the history of Chutzpah. While the word pops up frequently in American pop culture and TV shows today, in Israel, it often carries a negative connotation.

In this lecture I dive into the origins of Chutzpah, share plenty of hilarious Jewish stories, and explore the cultural differences between Israelis and Americans—including what happens when classic Israeli names travel across the ocean.
